Subcontracting
Being a new business, we have only subcontracted with one local company. This is new for us, however, we would like to have the opportunity to continue to do it more in the future! Townhomes
We as a company, have subcontracted for a local builder in Ames,ia in a Multi-Dwelling unit. This unit was a line of town homes located on the cities north side. These townhomes included 2 dwellings per unit at 5 dwellings. We worked alongside a local electric company, while they ran electrical wire throughout the dwellings, we handled the coaxial,voice, data, and fire. Usually the electric companies handle the low-voltage aspect of the wiring, however, more and more electric companies are getting tired of doing this because their job is more focused on the Higher Voltage wiring. They do, however, recieve a fatter check by wiring the low voltage communications, but many we found, would rather not do this because of time. This is where we come in and then we are all happy! Why not make the world easier? Let us handle the Low-Voltage wiring. We have GREAT prices and again just as we do it with single customers, we will negotiate our prices.
